Project Description:

Since April 2019, the company has successively undertaken the online and offline debugging of robots in V206 (Z1, Z3) project of Beijing Benz Daxing factory, eva2 (Z3) project of Beijing Benz Shunyi factory and v254 (Z3) project of Beijing Benz Daxing factory. All the robots used in the project are KUKA robots under Daimler iw6 standard. We have rich experience in the application of industrial robots in handling, spot welding, stud welding, riveting, laser welding, gluing, flanging, visual measurement, best fit and other processes.

Project: BMW Brilliance robot debugging

Time: February 2018 to now

Project Description:

Since February 2018, the company has successively undertaken the on-line and off-line debugging of f39 (side wall, combined vehicle) project of BMW Brilliance Tiexi factory, G08 (floor) project of BMW Brilliance Dadong factory, G28 (floor) project of BMW Brilliance Tiexi factory and G28 (floor assembly) project of BMW Brilliance Greenland factory. The robots used in the project are ABB robots under BMW L7 standard, KUKA robot under BMW V6 standard and Fanuc robot under BMW V8 standard. The processes involved include handling, spot welding, stud welding, riveting, gluing and visual measurement. Master the joint application of different brands of robots under the same factory standard to lay the foundation for the sustainability of the project.

Since August 2015, the company has successively undertaken NF (four doors) project of FAW Volkswagen Changchun No.2 plant, au276 (bottom plate, bottom plate assembly) project of FAW Volkswagen Foshan No.2 plant, VW Tianjin plant vw326 (water box, lower part 2) project, and c-iasi (left side wall, bottom plate assembly) project of FAW Volkswagen Tianjin plant, The robot and PLC used in the project are FANUC and KUKA robots under Volkswagen vass4 standard and Siemens PLC under Volkswagen vass4 standard. The processes involved include handling, spot welding, stud welding, riveting and gluing. It greatly improves the implementation ability of electrical projects and provides the basis for the company to implement turnkey projects.

Since October 2014, the company has successively undertaken on-line and off-line robot debugging of D2 (MC, UB) project of SGM Shenyang North plant, d213 (FI, fo, RL) project of SGM Shenyang South plant, E210 (MC, UB, fo, Si, RL) project of SGM Shanghai South plant, K257 (MC, ur) project of SGM Dongyue South plant, and d2mcp (whole workshop) reconstruction project of SGM Shenyang South plant, All the robots used in the project are FANUC robots under the general standard. The processes involved include handling, spot welding, stud welding, gluing and flanging. Familiar with factory standards and efficient programming ability, reduce the cost for customers.
