For BMW Brilliance powertrain plant to provide engine cylinder block transmission line of a number of testing and process optimization projects. It can reduce the noise of regional production line and optimize the ergonomics of manual detection station equipment.

The project includes the application of new structure of production line, 3D product design of overall equipment, functional analysis, equipment manufacturing, on-site installation and commissioning, automatic operation and delivery. The self-designed lifting transplanting transmission structure and automatic detection station of process equipment replace the manual mode.

Project time: 2018 Project Description:

To provide customers with engine cylinder intelligent defect detection project. The surface defect identification and detection of engine casting cylinder block are realized, the production rhythm is improved and the misjudgment rate is reduced. The patent air tightness test-bed is used to detect the oil passage hole and water passage hole in the engine cylinder block with high precision, so as to ensure the accuracy of defect identification of the engine cylinder block.

The project includes three-dimensional space production line planning, overall equipment 3D product design, defect detection, experiment and data analysis, functional analysis, equipment manufacturing, on-site installation and debugging, automatic operation and delivery. The equipment uses independent intellectual property rights of air tightness detection technology, engine cylinder visual inspection technology, engine cylinder internal oil passage hole water channel hole detection air tightness detection technology.

Continue to provide a number of engine block delivery lines for BMW Brilliance powertrain plant. The multi cylinder flexible transportation is realized, and the capacity improvement space is reasonably planned. Application of patent stop technology to reduce the cost of safety protection, a number of mechanical and material data analysis to ensure the stability and reliability of equipment operation.

The project includes production line planning of double-layer three-dimensional space, 3D product design of overall equipment, functional analysis, equipment manufacturing, on-site installation and commissioning, automatic operation and delivery. The equipment includes magnetic coupling, automatic roller bed, turntable, jacking transplanter, elevator, testing equipment, precision positioning tray, sand turning machine, stop assembly mechanism and inspection tool.
